One nights lodging is expected upon booking with the remainder due two weeks before arriving. The total amount may also be paid at booking.

AMENITIES
All houses have a gas fireplace.
Gas grill, table and chairs are located on each back porch. Fully equipped kitchens have many small appliances, dishes, cookware, utensils, some cleaning supplies and paper products.
A laundry room with washer & dryer . Towels and linens are provided.
